Flowers Today
Redecorating.
Well, at long last the redecoration of the whole house has finished. We have lived here since 2001 and this is the second time it has been done from top to bottom. Possibly the last too as we are running out of energy !
i will post photos soon but just wanted to show you the picture I have just finished to compliment the room which is predominantly teal blue with chocolate ( coloured, not the real thing ) accents. The curtains and the bed head.
Right here is the feature wall paper behind the bed -
And here is the picture
(The colour and flower bottom left were to show on another website.)
I have also made a collage of my photos and have changed their colour to blend in. This is a black frame with 8 photos – 6x4.
This is not the real frame but a digital mock up to test it out.
Just thought that you might like to see some of the original photos close up.

FLOWERS TODAY 5
A trip around Cockington village.
Crocuses everywhere
The Keepers Cottage
Close up on the tiny windows
A carpet of Crocuses leading up to the ancient church.
Delicate little flowers force their way through hard impacted soil.
Protected in the crook of the tree roots.
Snowdrops in the woodland
Close ups.
Due to the cold winter I only found one Camellia -
a sign of beauty still to come
The Old Forge on the corner of the cross roads.
Rose Cottage pond
The stream through the meadow with the flags just appearing on the banks.
More promise of things to come
