  2. Roses are such great flowers! My favourites are always the simplest ones as in your last photo. But having said that, I also think the color of the first is incredibly lovely. Well, I really like them all. :)

  5. Hi dear, love the roses, always the most beautiful of blooms.

Bob went to work in Chesterfield for week - flew over last night and I'm sure is not liking the cold, wet weather forecast! So perfect here right now, my favorite time of year.

I've just been to a Holiday Open House, earlier each year, and am having a coffee before heading home.

Yes, Mike would enjoy the iPad - great for travel. I have the basic and can only use it where there is wireless (like here) so he may want the upgraded version (expensive!) . Only downer for me is that there's no capability to load pics if posting on a blog........plus hard to type on because I have long nails!!!!!

Hope you are having a great weekend.
    Love, Mary

  6. All I can say is WOW!! Gorgeous photos of my favorite flowers--roses. The colors in the first rose shot are stunning. They make me melt inside. My roses are just about done blooming--it's been getting down below freezing at night lately.
